Matthew Arndt, CFA, CPA, CFP
Partner
Along with his nine siblings, Matt grew up outside of Green Bay Wisconsin. Over the last 30 years, he has built a highly profitable trading firm, a wealth management company, and a tax accounting practice.
He loves spending time with his awesome family, enjoys nature, gardening, and fly fishing.
He’s a volunteer board member of LifeStriders, a nonprofit providing life changing experiences to individuals and families with special needs.
Sam Bravo, EA, Series 65
Partner
Sam is a Coastal California native and an entrepreneur at heart. He’s worked with enterprises ranging from family owned private practices, midsized companies, and large financial institutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys music, theatre, and the arts. He loves reading, hiking, coffee shop crosswords with his wife, and any form of being outside and volunteering.
Sam graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is an IRS enrolled agent, having earned the right to represent both individuals and corporations before the Internal Revenue Service.
Brendan Norton
Bookkeeper
For as long as he can remember, Brendan has had a passion for numbers. He is currently pursuing (May 2024) a degree in accounting with a focus in Tax and Cost accounting from Franciscan University of Steubenville. One of the aspects of accounting he enjoys most is working directly with clients.
He has worked multiple tax seasons volunteering with the IRS’ VITA program as a tax preparer and has seen first-hand the positive impact quality service can have on a community.
In his free time, you can find Brendan hiking, playing board games, and reading. He is also an avid traveler, be it simple day trips or setting off abroad.
